Please read these terms before using Docsmania tools.
Use of Tools
Docsmania provides free PDF, image, QR and text tools for general use. Users are responsible for the files they upload and download.
Some tools run in the browser, while some may use server-side processing or third-party browser libraries. Output quality may vary based on file type, browser support and the original document structure.
No Illegal Use
You must not use Docsmania for illegal, harmful, abusive or unauthorized activities.
Accuracy
We try to keep tools working properly, but output quality and compatibility may depend on uploaded files, browser and hosting limits.
AI Tools Fair Use
Docsmania AI tools use the configured Gemini API through server-side PHP. Default daily limits are 3 AI uses for guest users, 10 AI uses for logged-in users and 100 AI uses for Pro users. These limits may be adjusted by admin to control abuse, quality and API cost.
AI-generated output is provided for drafting, productivity and educational use. It may contain mistakes, missing context or unsuitable wording. Users must review AI output before using it in resumes, emails, legal, financial, medical, academic or business work.
Free and Pro Tools
Free users may receive lower file-size limits. Pro users may receive higher limits, premium tools, fewer interruptions and ad-free access where available. Pro access is linked to the logged-in account used during purchase.
Payments, Refunds and Activation
Payments are processed through the configured payment gateway. Pro activation normally happens after successful payment verification. If activation fails after payment, contact support@docsmania.com with order ID and account email.
Refund handling depends on the payment gateway status, duplicate payment checks and actual usage of the Pro service.
Advanced Tools
Some advanced actions such as password encryption, OCR, perfect Office layout conversion or encrypted PDF unlocking may require additional backend/API support and may be improved over time.
Changes
Docsmania may update tools, design, terms and policies from time to time.
