File Processing

Docsmania tools process files only for the selected tool. Many image, PDF and text tools run directly in your browser. When a server-side tool is used, uploaded files are used only to create the requested output and should not be treated as permanent storage.

Do not upload passwords, financial records, medical files, private IDs or other highly sensitive documents on public/shared devices. For sensitive documents, prefer browser-only tools and delete downloaded files from shared devices after use.

File Retention

Docsmania is designed as a temporary processing service, not a file hosting service. We do not provide public file storage. Temporary files, if created by hosting/server processing, may be removed automatically by the server or during maintenance.

Information We Collect

We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, page usage, error details, login status and tool usage history to improve reliability, security and user experience.

Google Login

If you use Google Login, basic account information like name, email and profile picture may be used for account access and upgrade features.

AI Tools and Gemini Processing

Docsmania AI tools such as AI Resume Builder, AI Email Writer, AI Grammar Checker, AI Summarizer and AI Paraphraser may send the text you enter to the configured Gemini API through our PHP/server-side backend to generate a response. The API key is kept on the server side and is not exposed in browser JavaScript.

Do not enter highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal or confidential business information into AI tools. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review generated text before using it in important documents, emails or decisions.

Payments and Pro Plans

When you upgrade to Pro, payment is handled by the configured payment gateway such as Razorpay. Docsmania stores order status, plan, amount, currency, coupon and activation details required for account access and support.

Cookies and Local Storage

Docsmania may use browser storage for theme, language, login hint and app-like experience.

Ads

In future, third-party ads may appear on the website. Ad providers may use cookies according to their policies.

International Users

Docsmania is intended for global users. By using the website, you understand that data processing and hosting may depend on the website's hosting provider, CDN libraries and payment provider availability.
